4/5Rating this highly despite returning the product bc as a business owner, I understand how much a review affects a business. I'm the type of person who does not make impulse purchases and does extensive amounts of research before I buy a product. I am very upset with this purchase and the time spent researching its specs. The main reason I bought this Dell Latitude 5490 was bc of the 15 hr battery life. However, when I tested it on full charge without a charger plugged in, it only lasted TWO hours. This makes it no different compared to my $100 laptop my dad bought me. I understand this website sells refurbished products. Aesthetic-wise, it was beautiful and looked almost new. However, 2h out of the expected 15h of battery life is an injustice. If you do not care about battery life w/o a charger, you'd probably be fine. However, as a student who frequents coffee shops that often do not have outlets, this was a necessity for me which IT Supply Guy failed to deliver. 4.4/5My experience with Back Market has been great but whoever the actual refurbisher/seller was for my iPad I'm not happy with. This is my third purchase from Back Market and my worst experience although it wasn't totally bad since the iPad is working and the imperfections are hidden by the case. I thought I ordered excellent condition (haven't checked my invoice yet to verify) and was disappointed in getting a very good condition iPad. Looking at it, I wouldn't call it very good condition. It's very noticeable that the screen had been removed. It has nicks all around the edges of the screen from being removed and some glue showing where they reassembled it. The case I put it in hides the imperfections. I also experienced difficulties setting it up, but it is working the way I want it now. I was very pleased with the other two purchases I made, an apple watch and a gen 8 iPad like this one; both for my wife, this one was for me. 5/5I bought a refurbished iPad mini 2021 from Back Market and I am very impressed with the quality and service. The iPad was labeled good condition but it looked brand new with no scratches or dents. It also came with AppleCare until October, which is a nice bonus. The only issue I had was that the vendor sent me the wrong cable, but they quickly resolved it and sent me the correct one in less than a week. The customer service was friendly and helpful. 4.5/5Everything is good with the iPad Pro 12.9. It’s exactly as advertised. A little weird it came just in a padded sleeve with a cheap charge cable, but can’t say it’s defective or anything. Just a little weird as I’m used to buying refurbished from Apple where it arrives as good as new in a box with all accessories. The refurbished Generation 2 (2017) unit shipped fast (arrived a couple of days ahead of delivery estimate) and was packaged well. The condition of the IPad was like new.
