It was delivered early and I would never have known that it was not new. There was not a scratch on it. I ordered it to be in excellent shape on Back Market and it really is. It works perfectly. After reading reviews from lots of other people who ordered the same AirPods I was a little disappointed. A lot of other people got like new in original box AirPods. All I got was the AirPods themselves and no charging cables or anything. They were in a small cardboard box. I understand I just ordered AirPods and they’re working fine right now. I did buy the extended warranty though just to be safe.

Stoked to find these refurbished AirPods on back market. I did have to do some more deep cleaning on them with alcohol and a-tips. They were not quite clean from the prior owner. They work great and I’m happy to have another pair. (I lost 1 AirPod on the slopes ) LOL Thank you Back Market’

Item quality is good - the only problem I've had with it (which I believe would have been a problem with a brand new product too) is that the other day it was very hot and the Roku began to lag until I pointed a fan at it. Not a big deal ultimately - the device works great!

First disappointment, Back Market has been great. The delivery for the phone was timely. The device looks good. The SIM card/SD card holder was missing and the device screen is a bit glitchy. I'm hoping this all works out, if not I'm sure they'll stand behind the product, but it means I'll have to purchase before they do anything. I'll definitely give them another try again though.
