    Phone condition was as advertised, basically brand new. Turns out the one I got is a refurbished tracfone, so it won't let me delete their software. Annoying but fine, you get what you pay for. I have some gripes with the phone itself having weird UI and not working with my old keyboard app, so I'm stuck with the terrible Samsung keyboard. And it likes to install apps while I'm not looking, I've had it install about 15 now that I've had to go through and delete. Gonna take me a while to figure that one out...

    I had to order it TWICE. The first unit arrive, excellent condition. Advertised as UNLOCKED, it was in fact Carrier locked, which took three days and a trip to my carrier to figure out. Yes, they took it back, but this is the same issue I have had with backmarket TWO other orders, and I eventually had to go to Amazon to get what I needed. The failure rate of getting what I actually ordered is around 50%. I love the idea and mission of backmarket, but the results (50% successful) are just not good. SUMMARY: Eventually got what I wanted in the condition promised. But it took two orders and a refund to make that happen. You need to do better! I support your goals, but your execution has been pretty bad overall. Sorry, I don't like to say negative things, but seriously....

    Phone was in fair condition with 98% battery health and only a few minor scratches on the screen. Very good condition for fair. Although I was unable to transfer my data from my iphone 12 for over a day because this phone wouldn’t load. I spent HOURS trying to fix it and it would just sit there loading on the software update screen. But I tried a different method of transferring used an icloud backup instead of transferring it directly. This worked but it was very annoying setting up this phone but other than that it was perfect.

    I was sent a Canadian phone, so it would not take an eSIM from Firstnet. It also kept continuously updating the software which I assume was related to it being a Canadian phone. The seller did take back the phone so I was happy with the customer service on that end, but I will not buy another phone on Back Market after this experience.

    Back Market is the absolute best. This was my second purchase from Back Market and I also did a trade in. The process with both purchases and trade-in was seamless. My shipments arrived on time and both phones surpassed my expectations. The trade-in process was great and payout came in the timeframe that they stated (6 days after they received the trade-in). I had no issues with getting both phones activated with T-Mobile. I definitely recommend Back Market for your next phone purchase. I'm actually looking to purchase a third phone soon.
