    Fast delivery, watch is in great condition, came with a generic charger cord. One small thing, it would be good to know the size of the watch 4 Classic (comes in 2 sizes, 42mm or 46mm). I would have been ok with either, but maybe I missed it in the description, as I didn't see it before ordering. I received a 46mm and I am very happy with it.

    The quality of the headphones were fantastic but the m80 plug in thing for the controller came in broke and so the seller sent me a second on one free of charge but it was also broken (when I day broken I mean the audio wouldn’t work unless in a certain position) I don’t think it was the seller I think it was the product itself but I really appreciate the seller an amazing person even after me being jerk about the M80 device being broken.     I honestly couldn't be happier. I upgraded to this phone from a Galaxy S9+ and it is working perfectly. The phone was shipped so fast and got here in 3 days from when I ordered it. The phone looks brand new and still had a plastic film cover over the screen with not one noticeable blemish. Whenever I know anyone who needs a phone I always reccommend Back Market.

    I had the RAZR 5G already but had dropped it and broke the front screen. With the supply chain issue trying to get it repaired wasn't going to happen. Also, for only a little bit more I basically got a brand new phone then what it would have cost me to repair. I was already a T-mobile customer so having a locked phone didn't bother me. I took this to the T-mobile store and they had me switched in about 30 minutes. So far I am very happy with the product provided through Back Market.

    Although I had made a mistake in the shipping information, it ended up returning to seller and coming back over here, and USPS had delayed processing the return for the package for 12 days... The seller made a speedy response (considering what they were able to do once it had already been sent), sent the phone to the correct address, and sent me the tracking number within 20 days of sale (which was again, when they were able to retrieve the package due to USPS processing delays). The phone had arrived within 4 days after it was resent. The Moto One 5G Ace is fully operational and in excellent condition with no scratches or scuff marks on the back, side, or front, excluding scuff marks around the edges of the pin insertion hole (which isn't noticeable unless you look closely. And with a case on, you can't see the port anyway.). I am fully satisfied with my purchase.

    Looks and performs like a brand new one for half the price and the best part is you get the same 1 yr warranty that comes with a new one from Verizon. I have bought several devices from backmarket and I am so pleased that I will never pay full price from Verizon or anywhere else foe that matter bc you get a product that is equivalent in every aspect to a brand new one...but for half the price.
