    device shipped really fast. I was gonna get premium option but opted in for excellent. also was very skeptical of this site before. Got the package and device was properly hard reset. that's important. refurbisher deleted the hard drive data and entire Mac OS data rather than just a simple wipe of the ssd. very good and rare when ordering these Macs. what's more rare is the battery health for excellent option is supposed to be at 85% max capacity. mine is at a full 100% capacity, so essentially a brand spanking new Mac for 682. its fully functional. only cosmetic scratches are microscopic (doesn't get past my ocd though) and that was most likely due to traveling.

    So I ordered an iPad Air 3 in fair condition and I am absolutely blown away. Honestly, I was expecting it to look pretty rough with scratches, dents, etc., but there was 2 tiny scuffs that I didn’t even notice for the first couple days so that should tell you how noticeable they were. Aside from those, it’s absolutely flawless. It looks brand new! It came with a screen protector already on it, and the battery life has also impressed me. I expected it would die fairly quickly or at least quicker than a brand new one would but I’ve been using it for 3 days now off and on to watch videos, browse the internet, mess around on apps, changing the settings to how I want them, and all that fun stuff and I am just now charging it for the first time. When I got it out of the box, it was charged to 83%. So to say that I am happy with my purchase is a total understatement. The fact that I bought the iPad for a small fraction of the price if I would’ve purchased straight from Apple makes it that much better! This is the second time I’ve bought from Back Market and it definitely won’t be the last!! Thank you for all that you do!
