The order shipped super quick and arrived earlier than expected. In terms of quality, the watch exceeded my expectations. For a "fair" quality watch the only noticible issues were some very light scratches on the screen that you barely notice unless you're really looking for them. The case had no noticible scratches or damage at all. The watch shipped with a new (basic) sport band and a new (basic) charging cord. Additionally, another leather band was still attached to the watch, though that seemed a little more worn and didn't match my style, it definitely didn't detract from my overall experience. The watch reports 100% battery health and reported no issues of a non-apple battery being used. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations by a large margin and I'm now considering making all my other purchases for devices refurbished.

I first received a device with a blocked IMEID due to an outstanding balance on the account by the previous owner. The seller was very responsive and provided a shipping label to return the phone and said I'd either get a comparable device if one was in stock or a refund if not. The comparable device arrived today and worked as expected. Happy with the customer service!

First I have to say the delievery was great. My purchase went through on June 25th and I received an email saying that it would be delivered by June 30 or July 1st. Well the USPS attempted to deliver it on June 26th! WOW that is fast delivery! Unfortunately I was not home at the time so I had to wait till the next day. Second I LOVE MY MACBOOK! This thing is awesome! I have always used my iPhone or my iPad to do things on the internet. This has opened up so many opportunities! And it is so easy to use. I have had two other laptops for years and in my opinion they don't even come close to what the MacBook can do. I don't know what I ever did before having a MacBook but wow have I ever missed out. I did my research before buying this MacBook cause I wanted to buy the best MacBook not just any MacBook. This year of MacBook has so many great reviews on the internet that I had to go with this one. Then the task of finding one at a great price. BackMarket offered that great price and great quality of MacBook. The original price on this type of MacBook is about $2,500. But they offer it for $1,071. And even though the condition they offered this MacBook in was "Fair" condition it doesn't look bad. It has a noticeable dent in one of the corners and some scratches on it but it works like new. The screen (when it is not on) you can see some blemishes. But when the screen is on you can't see the blemishes. Again BackMarket THANK YOU for offering a great MacBook at a great price! Me and my husband are now going to be repeat customers. We will probably be buying a mini iPad in the future for our daughter (her's is getting ready to go). I am completely happy with my purchase!

I chose the mint condition phone and was shocked to receive a previously unopened, actually mint condition phone. I was expecting it to just be in really good condition, possibly with the original box so I was happily surprised. The phone works great, and shipping was speedy, I had my phone within four days of purchase. Delivery was extremely quick which was great! I read some bad reviews online about Back Market but I’m very pleased with my order, just look at reviews for the merchant selling your device. The iPad came in the original box with the cables and informational pamphlets and I could not be happier. The device was described as fair, but I only found a small dent on the metal, as well as a scratch I didn’t even see until after 3 days of having the iPad. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and will look to Back Market in the future for refurbished Apple devices.

Device was Graded as in "Fair" Condition. If the plastic was on it, I would have mistaken it for out-of-the-box NEW. I was excited about getting such a high quality device at such a great price...then to be surprised with a device that was basically like-new...it really made my week! Technically, I was again given a gift. The device didn't only look like new, but it performed like new as well. Battery has been working like a champ. I had to order a new SIM from my service provider, and that's the last - very important - box I need to check off my list in order to have a 100% flawless experience. The Macbook itself is impeccable, borderline brand new in appearance, aside from the small marks you get around the charging port from repeated use. Very safe packaging, too. The quality of this iPhone was awesome! Although there were some complications. I ordered it last February, delivery was quick, and in the condition very good. It had no scratches at all, looked bran new, and the battery life was at 93%. The problem was the battery would die faster than what it should have, and the face ID did not work. I contacted the seller and they were very helpful. They didn't have anymore so they bought one from another seller. It was in perfect condition with 100% battery life. This seller was very helpful and kind dealing with me. Even tho the first one was not in good condition they kept to their word and made it right. I've now had it for about ten months and it is still working perfectly. Thank you guys!
