    I bought this Macbook Air for my daughter in university. After a brief adjustment period of going from PC world to a Mac, she is very happy with it. It has been refurbished to as close as new as possible. It is clean and does not show it's age (2017). It more than suits her needs for school. It came as described and the price was great. A very good used Mac!

    The Mac mini I ordered was in the exact condition I expected. Has worked great so far and even upgraded to an NVMe with little difficulty. Currently serving its purpose as a headless local iCloud backup server and doing great! Wouldn't hesitate to buy from BackMarket or this refurbisher again. The peace of mind in knowing you won't be screwed over and have a warranty to back up your purchase is priceless.

    My experience with Back Market has been great but whoever the actual refurbisher/seller was for my iPad I'm not happy with. This is my third purchase from Back Market and my worst experience although it wasn't totally bad since the iPad is working and the imperfections are hidden by the case. I thought I ordered excellent condition (haven't checked my invoice yet to verify) and was disappointed in getting a very good condition iPad. Looking at it, I wouldn't call it very good condition. It's very noticeable that the screen had been removed. It has nicks all around the edges of the screen from being removed and some glue showing where they reassembled it. The case I put it in hides the imperfections. I also experienced difficulties setting it up, but it is working the way I want it now. I was very pleased with the other two purchases I made, an apple watch and a gen 8 iPad like this one; both for my wife, this one was for me. I don't have a problem with refurbished and would order from Back Market again.

    My iPhone XS died, so I thought I’d jump to a refurbished unlocked 12 with a 100% battery option. Standard shipping got it here in a couple days - and it’s awesome. Followed the installation instructions and I was back online in a couple hours. Thanks, Back Market!

    I loved how easy it was to buy my phone and the assurance Back Market gave me if anything was wrong. Battery health is important to me and mine was great for a refurbished phone! I have had it for almost 3 years and still going strong.

    my macbook came to me in pristine condition. I would've never guessed it was refurbished if I hadn't already known, not a scratch on it i tried placing the screen In the light at different angles to see if I could see any little scratches at all and I couldn't.

    I was hesitant to purchase a refurbished phone but my experience with you guys has been great. The phone is in excellent condition and was at least $350 to $450 less than a new one. I would recommend buying the phones listed in “excellent” condition because the reviews were best from those who purchased excellent rated phones . Only had it a few weeks but so far so good. You forgot to send directions on how to transfer old phone to the new one but I have co workers who knew how to do it.

    The flaws I have noticed with this phone are the battery not being brand new/replaced or at least at 90% capacity and it not being completely cleaned and all the speakers being completely dirty still and the charging port and cameras and lastly, there’s at least two dents at the bottom and left side of the phone, which is a tad frustrating since I chose an “excellent” condition refurbished model and spent almost around 1,500$ Other than that I am pretty happy with it ! :)) and I will probably buy a different device next time but in a “good condition “.

    My HUSBAND LOVES HIS MACBOOK I GOT HIM FOR XMAS GIFT I HAD TO HAVE HIM OPEN IT TO MAKE SURE IT WORKED BUT HE IS HAPPY ABOUT IT AND CAN START DOING HIS MUSIC AND PODCASTS THAT HE LIKES TO DO FOR AN HOBBY I WAS SO HAPPY TO SEE THE SMILE ON HIS FACE ALSO CAME ON TIME WAS VERY SKEPTICAL ABOUT THIS SITE DUE TO MANY SCAM SITES OUT THERE THAT LOOK LEGIT LOL BUT I TOOK THE GAMBLE AFTER SEEING REVIEWS ABOUT BEING SKEPTICAL I MADE AN ACCOUNT THEY PROVIDED ME TRACKING AFTER A COUPLE A DAY BUT IT WAS VERY FAST SHIPPING I GOT IT WITHIN DAYS PACKAGED WELL JUST THE CHARGER WAS DIRTY I UNDERSTAND IT WAS REFURBISHED BUT COULD AT LEAST CLEANED THE CHARGER OFF THATS MY ONLY COMPLAINT IT DIDNT HAVE TO BRAND NEW BUT IT ALSO DIDNT HAVE TO LOOK LIKE IT CAME OUT THE TRASH ALSO THERE WAS A NEEDLE OR SOMETHING STUCK IN THE CHARGER WJICH MY HUSBAND GOT OUT WITH TWEEZERS BUT OVERALL FOR THE PRICE AND THE SCREEN SIZE WITH 256GB DEFINITELY WAS A STEAL LOVE IT!!!!!

    I bought a Mac mini from here last year for my teen and was very satisfied with that purchase. I returned for an iPhone 8, my teen's first phone, and had my husband set it up. He was very impressed with its condition and speed considering it was an iPhone 8; he purchased an iPhone 13 from Back Market the same night. I won't be drinking the Apple Juice anytime soon but my guys are happy.
