    I purposely picked a phone rated 'fair' for the lower price, but except for some very slight scratches on the outside edges which a case would cover anyway, this phone was in excellent condition. Very impressed with the condition, fast delivery and follow up. Would definitely use Back Market again and would recommend this to others.

    We ordered an iPhone 15 in Excellent condition from Back Market after a disappointing experience with another refurbished phone seller. That experience almost completely turned us away from buying refurbished products, so we are very glad we decided to give it another chance with Back Market. The first refurbished phone we ordered from another company was advertised as being in excellent condition, but it arrived with damage on all four corners, screen damage, and a battery that would not hold a charge. We had to return it, and since it was our first experience buying a refurbished product, we were very hesitant to try again.     I bought a “fair condition” iPhone from these guys, and was honestly nervous. The phone that showed up is so clean I would have been just as happy had I paid for the “good condition”. There is no damage anywhere but some light scratching on the screen you can’t see at all from a couple feet away or if the screen is on and the battery health is at 96%! I will absolutely buy from them again.

    I was very skeptical when ordering from this website because I am used to getting my products from my wireless provider or Amazon.     Watch is completely functional, in almost pristine condition. However, the charger provided is very slow. The watch itself also doesn’t hold a battery all day, I have to start charging it again late afternoon. Other than that it’s really nice and does the job!

    I’m extremely happy with my purchase of a refurbished iPhone 14 Plus. I upgraded from an iPhone SE. I would not have been able to afford this model without the opportunity to buy refurbished.
