For less than $100, this thing rocks. An inexpensive fairly fast very small form factor device that I can throw in a backpack or saddlebag with a blue tooth folding keyboard w/touchpad and within 5-minutes of stopping for the night I can be hooked up to the hotel/motel/resort TV for a display and start working with Microsoft 365 and Azure, streaming my favorite entertainment, etc. No worrying about securing a laptop or tablet and breaking the screen or having to use the hotel's public workstation. Now I've never used the Google OS before and I'm not yet sure I'm a big fan, but it works better than I expected for it's intended purpose.

I haven't used it much yet, but setup was quite easy and I was on the web quickly and everything seems to be working well. I replaced a Windows machine as my media machine for my 50" tv. Hooked up HDMI and wireless keyboard and mouse, set up wifi and display resolution, and I'm ready to go. I haven't hooked it up to the local network yet, but hope to where I'll be able to connect with the NAS for more media, but I'm streaming all my video services which was the main thing. Now I can use the Windows machine for more of a heavy lifting role.

The price was great, it arrived quickly and once I found the power on button it has been simple set up and running great. I like the smaller size from my 15" down to this 12'' screen and it has good power and storage for all that I do. I switched to it from my chrome book which i did not like the limited storage and am happy with the switch. Great doing buisiness with you.

Just let me say this. The customer service from these guys was AMAZING. When I got this laptop the battery wouldn't charge and this was my third attempt at getting a think pad (not from these guys). I was prepared to just buy a battery because I was NOT going to ship another laptop back. Except I didn't have to because they called me and I had another battery in days! Excellent service! Definitely recommend these guys!

Perfect- arrived as expected, works as expected. Kids are doing schoolwork as expected. I even had to alter the delivery address and they sent it to a fedex pickup location without a hiccup. Thank you back market we will use you again

Quality of product is great. Customer service was great. However, after receiving the product and using it; I learned that chromium is never going to update it to download apps. It is therefore only good for surfing the net, google docs, and youtube. Get a newer chromebox and check the functions

Amazing quality. My son has used this for over a year now and it is still in excellent condition! My daughter is now jealous so I am searching for the same computer again.

I used it for 2 days, and now it will not turn on. I am assumingat it is damaged from the humidity and in my area. That is all I can come up with. I'm really broken hearted about the whole situation, nearly sick about it. However I do not have the time or money to spend another moment this king about it.

It's really cool.. Touch screen, comes with a pen. Could install all the software that I wanted. Sometimes it takes awhile for a program to open when I click on it. Not too long though. It froze a few times. The last time I owned something with Microsoft software it did that too. I think it's that. I figured I have to be more patient with opening software and just wait. It's okay other than that.

Overall mostly happy. Just a couple little issues. One of the chromebooks will not charge so it must stay plugged in. Another has issues with the charging and head phone ports. Otherwise they work perfectly.
