    Love my new phone. I ordered and iPhone 12, the “good” quality and got what looked like brand spanking new. So glad I pulled the trigger on this. I am upgrading from an iPhone 7 which I have had since their inception. And I saved money!!!!! And well you know….. refurbished!!!! So I would highly recommend this website for refurbished phones.     Purchased a Samsung Galaxy S9 to replace my wife's phone that was stolen. The phone was in like new condition and it is hard to believe it is a reconditioned phone. I am really impressed by the communication from BlackMarket as I was kept informed about my purchase from the time I placed the order until it was delivered. Why would you not want to purchase a refurbished phone or product and save electronic waste as well as the other parts.     My experience with Back Market was great--my item shipped extremely quickly and was delivered right on time. I appreciate that a charger was included with my purchase, a perk that seems to be more and more rare. My phone arrived in excellent condition, as advertised, with zero cosmetic blemishes. However, outside of my experience with Back Market and O'Crack (the refurbisher), I am quite unhappy with the phone itself and will likely return it for a different model. I chose the Samsung Galaxy A52 5G as an even lower-budget alternative to the Galaxy S21 FE. After using a Google Pixel 3 for nearly 3 years, the transition to the A52 has been jarring. The A52 freezes up when transitioning out of and between apps frequently; almost as much as--if not more than--my old Pixel, which is extremely disappointing for a newer phone in like-new condition. The camera also leaves MUCH to be desired. The A52's camera handles pictures outdoors in bright daylight well, and I'm also impressed with the front-facing camera in these conditions. However, in all other conditions, the A52 takes grainy photos with blown-out details even in relatively bright indoor conditions. The Pixel 3's photos looked amazing and crystal-clear almost no matter the lighting conditions, so this has been a huge letdown. There are a few things about the A52 that I'm happy with, namely battery life. On average, I'm charging it about every 3 days with regular to light usage. The A52 also fits comfortably in my hand and has a bit of reassuring heft to it. Finally, I appreciate that the A52 still has a headphone jack. I'll give the A52 a couple more weeks to see if it grows on me, but as of this writing, I do not recommend it and will most likely return to the Pixel instead.

    I too was apprehensive about buying a refurbished phone on line. I ordered an iphone 8plus in mint condition and i coùldn't have gone to an Apple store and picked one off the shelf in any better condition. I did have an issue with the phone though, a row of apps wouldn't respond when touched but they made everyhing right. This seems to be a very reputable company and you can't go wrong dealing with them.

Incredibly impressed with the battery life, being this is refurbished. This was a second purchase, the first being returned because it wasn't quite the right phone for me.
