    Super fast shipping! Had it at my house within 3 days. The MacBook Pro was packaged perfectly. It looks brand new and performs flawlessly. Saved about a 1/3 of the cost going with a refurbished MacBook Pro over a brand new one.

    Planning to buy new macbook but my bank account says no🤣 so i decided to bought this item here in back market to replace my 2012 macbook, initially i was in doubt to buy refubrished macbooks but upon checking some reviews and mostly positove reviews and noted that there is a 1 yr warranty to back this refurbished thats the time i consider to buy. This 2019 macbook pro i9 core i rate it 4.9/5,way above my expectecation No issues at all. I would never buy brandnew macbook again, i will be happy to come here and buy another one if needed or i recommend to my family and friends. Price, you cant beat it, i compare this to bestbuy before buying and bestbuy are wayyyy over price for refurb item with same spec. Shipping came quick too - just in 3 days! I am very happy with my 1st purchase here in backmarket and been using my mac for almost a month now and i dont have any issue so far. Thank you Backmarket!

    I needed to replace a laptop for my business. I was was extremely hesitant to purchase a refurbished MacBook online but BackMarket was recommend to me by a colleague. The MacBook Pro I received from this seller was in excellent condition, as promised. Seller even helped me set up the laptop and explained how to backup/transfer the files from my previous laptop when I had trouble. I have used this MacBook for two years now and have never had a single issue. I have since made several other purchases on BackMarket and every device has exceeded my expectations. BackMarket has been a game-changer for my business. I am able to give my employees the best technology at much lower prices than buying new.

    i ordered the macbook pro and then i did my research.... i know im stupid! i got scared because a lot of reviews about back market is quite bad, but i had 1 small hope because of a post on reddit. someone said that the item they recieved from Omaha Blue was really good and there were some people who supported the claim. I got lucky im still anxious about ordering from black market but i think im pretty confident about the item im about to buy if Omaha Blue is the refurbisher. My only complain about the item is that the condition is actually better if the laptop was wiped down and cleaned lol so far the macbook works perfectly!

    The seller forgot to write my apartment number on the address label and added it when the package was in transit. Hence the delicious got delayed by about 3 days. Coming to the laptop, I bought it in fair condition grade and on student discount. It is a Mid-2022, 13 inch Macbook Pro with M2 chip, 24 GB Unified Memory, and 512 GB storage. It has fingerprint login and touch bar. Battery cycles are only 35. There are dings and scratches but space grey color hides them well. The most prominent noticeable scratch is a somewhat deep semicircular one of the size of a pinky fingernail on the edge of the trackpad. Initially I thought it was a crack but thankfully it is not. Due to the solid build of the laptop the small dents and dings on the body are superficial and I expect that they will not be affecting the performance of the laptop. I got this macbook pro laptop for approx $947/- and considering the fact that it has the max configuration, I think that I got a great deal. The Back Market customer service was also very helpful and polite in allaying my anxiety over the delay in delivery.     So far so good! I hope it holds up for a long time like my current MacBook Pro (a 2012), which still runs great, with a couple of upgrades of RAM etc., but can no longer handle some new complicated web applications my work requires. Buying a refurbished computer instead of a new one saved so much money, and it's great for the environment. The one I got was listed as "fair" condition, but works great. There's just a scratch on the outside, but it does not affect the functioning of the computer at all.

    The listing was for a Surface Book 3 in "Good" condition, but it looked brand new. No scuffs, scratches or dings. Upon receipt, I charged the device and ran my normal diagnostic/stress tests. The battery health was almost perfect, the CPU and GPU benchmarks were on par with a new machine and the SSD was in perfect working order. If you're on the fence about refurbished, take the chance. My only complaint is the charger that was sent with my PC was a Dell branded USB-C charger in place of a Surface Connect charger.

    I was a little hesitant buying a refurbished MacBook but this thing might as well be new. I absolutely love it. It saved me easily $400 buying from Back Market. The laptop arrived in a few days from ordering. I have actually recommended this app to other people because I was so pleased with my purchase. If you’re looking for a, in all sense, new MacBook for cheap, use Back Market.

    I bought this for my daughter for college and she absolutely loves it! It is refurbished and I ordered it in 'fair" condition, but it came looking like a brand new macbook with no scratches at all! I am very pleased with my purchase from here and will do so again if the need arises!

    Fair option barely came with any scratches screen is beautiful. Thermal throttles just a little bit while doing full scale rendering on blender but that’s expected from a 5 yr old MacBook. The Touch Bar hasn’t bugged or malfunctioned. Great purchase for the money if you’re not planing on doing anything too strenuous on this machine. Even so the 60gb of RAM is plenty and makes this machine snappy and feel smooth. Given that this is an Intel Mac you can boot camp to windows for anything you need or want do to do that Mac OS can’t offer. Order came a few day after expected delivery date due to human error on shipping company, and my poorly timed purchase timing. Overall GREAT purchase! Would purchase again from this refurbisher in the future
