This is awesome! I had to get a new laptop for work but didn't have the budget to go drop $800 on a new one. Got this one in "excellent condition" and that describes it perfectly. Looks like it was never even touched before. Is working perfectly, charged up quickly and holding the charge. What an awesome deal.

The headphone jack doesn't seem to work, but I'm convinced it's a software issue and not a problem with the laptop itself. Everything else works perfectly, and I was pleasantly surprised at the cosmetic condition of the machine. I took the back panel off to see if I needed to dust off the fans, and it was pristine inside as well! I appreciate the attention to detail. When I'm doing basic web browsing, I can get 6+ hours of battery life, but SolidWorks (which is what I bought this for due to the Quadro GPU) cuts that down as expected, to around 2.5 hours. I'm really satisfied with how well this laptop performs and how well the seller refurbished it. Thanks to all involved!

PC appeared new. I could see no evidence that it was used or reconditioned. It had everything on it that I needed at a great price. It is operating perfectly. Completely satisfied with purchase and Back Market.

Condition was as advertised with no visible scratches or blemishes. The laptop turned on no problems and works smoothly. Exactly what I needed for work and the performance is on point!

This laptop looks brand new! I didn't know it had a back-lit keyboard but I'm so glad it does. Y'all went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much! The battery life is fantastic, I have only charged it twice since it was delivered. Thanks for such a wonderful product.

I ordered this iMac to replace one that was 17 years old. I chose it because it was a lot newer and inexpensive. I only use the desktop occasionally so it is all I need. At first I was a bit concerned, it took FOREVER to start up. Then I read that it had a Fusion drive which is notoriously slow but you could use an external ssd to load the OS onto and that would fix it. Fortunately I had a spare ssd laying around so I hooked it up and now everything is great. So, the moral is, if you buy an Early 2019 iMac, be prepared with an external ssd.

Coworkers are fascinated by their laptop. We went from using an i3 8GB 128GB SSD laptop to an i7 32GB and 512GB SSD, the difference was craaazy. The chassis feels high quality, it's super lightweight easy to slip into a backpack, facial recognition is a nice touch, bright and beautiful screen with accurate colors (I'm not a pro but they look accurate), high speed, etc. Amazing work computer. I recommend.

The device is like new! It works really well and has very few signs of previous use. I had read reviews saying it didn't come with a battery but mine came with both battery and case, so I was very pleased because now I have 3 batteries for mine after purchasing 2 on Amazon. Really happy with my purchase!
