Compared to my slow as molasses 2011 macbook, its really so refreshing to be able to browse websites and update the software. I was able to download the search engine Ecosia and Google Chrome and run it as a default. The computer boots up quick and holds a good charge. Also the touch screen was a nice surprise! Interested to see what slows first over time, but for now its been well worth the investment

First laptop I received, the webcam was broken. The seller was very prompt in getting the laptop exchanged for another unit. Exceptional customer service. I was very pleased. The second laptop I received is great! Really happy with the purchase overall.

The computer works great. It's fast and able to handle what I've needed it to. My only complaint is that it has needed updates MULTIPLE times and the battery doesnt last too long.

Excellent buy, looked 100% new and has tourchscreen as an extra. Working well as expected, My battery doesnt last that long though around 3.5hrs to 4hrs max. Thank you for the great product.
