    I read the reviews and decided to give Blackmarket a try. I ordered an iPhone 8 that was refurbished and considered in excellent condition. It came in a very well designed and packaged box they included a charger and a screen protector plus a Sim card Needle.

    I'm extremely happy with my phone, quality of customer service and delivery of Back Market! My iPhone arrived in excellent condition, no visible signs of any scratches or wear. Setup with my provider was easy, just swapped the sim card and it worked immediately. Their prices are very competitive and a great value. Back Market and their refurbisher partners have exceeded my expectations with their top notch customer service. Their frequent, clear email updates, attention to detail and positive attitudes are benchmark customer service material! I had to return a phone due to my own mistake of ordering the wrong model and the process could not have been easier. I just had to refuse the order and it was returned no charge. And if it could not be refused, they even offered to send me a prepaid shipping label at no cost to me! Bottom line, buy your renewed phones from Back Market. You will not be disappointed!

    I was wary of buying a refurbished product, but it arrived in near mint condition with 94% battery capacity. After a simple SIM card swap, it was up and running in just a few minutes. The seller also threw in a free case and screen protector which is just great service.

    I normally don't write reviews, but the experience of purchasing from BackMarket was such a pleasure I wanted to give kudos. The iPhone 8 is, as advertised, in excellent condition. It came beautifully packaged with a SIM card tool and a screen protector enclosed. Buying online was easy, and I was kept up to date on the status of my purchase with a series of witty emails that made me smile. I even shared a few of the status updates with my husband who is CIO of an international company as an example of how all companies should communicate with their customers. Although it took a little longer to get the phone than if I had ordered directly from Apple, I was kept fully informed of where it was at all times. I was so pleasantly surprised with my experience that I would definitely order from BackMarket again and will recommend BackMarket to my friends. Great job!

    I honestly love it, the best phone I've ever had. There were only minor things that I wish were different. I had bought it in white, and it came in black. The facial recognition does not work either and the back camera does not do portrait mode at all. I have had it for over a year now and whenever you zoom in, the camera is shaky. Aside from that, everything works perfectly fine. I do love the phone in spite of its issues, battery health is still at a 100% now.

    My granddaughter (the master of destruction) recently broke her iPhone. I purchased this iPhone X for her. This is my third purchase from BackMarket also. The quality is great and I could not see a scratch in the screen or back at all. I had purchased 2 other phones for people that needed an upgrade. Great service and lots of choices to choose from I will definitely get another from BackMarket if needed. Did I mention that is is my third purchase, so that tells you something.
