    Overall fairly pleased with my iPhone 13 Pro with one exception. Pleased with back market and the service. I bought a “fair” condition phone, as cosmetics of the case are not too important to me; I put it in a case anyway. It was my impression that regardless of cosmetic grading, the phone internals are supposed to be fully up to snuff. My phone alerts me that it cannot verify if the camera is a genuine part. Not the end of the world. The cameras work well — except the telephoto camera has a couple of small smudges indicative of dirt on the CCD sensor. This can only be seen on a uniform background, like a clear blue sky or a white wall. I doubt most would ever notice, but as a photographer, I see it. It’s not a deal breaker, but a slight annoyance. My guess is that this phone’s camera was refurbished or replaced. I don’t know if it was replaced with an aftermarket part or not. Maybe. It works.

    I bought a refurbished phone from BackMarket a year ago after my old Iphone broke at coachella. I was pretty skeptical when ordering since i had never heard of the website before. A year later the phone still works perfect and have 0 complaints! 10/10 would recommend!

    Decided to upgrade from an iPhone SE 2nd Gen after wearing out the battery and cracking the screen. Overall very impressive refurbished quality and very happy with the phone. The only detectible damage from the phone was two small, nearly invisible scratches on the screen and two small scratches towards the top notch, but nothing I really am obsessed over. 👍👍

    This was a great decision! I had my doubts but this refurbished works much better than my old phone. It was an iphone xs. Not to mention I’m digging the mini. Works better than my previous and i can text and type with one hand

    Purchased 2 phones (good condition) for my wife and I. Both phones were in advertised condition. My phone had the screen replaced during refurbishing, and the notification from iOS software was super annoying, but it did go away after a week or two as noted on the back market web site. Battery life seems to be getting better. It felt like the aftermarket screen replacement notification was draining the battery, but now I go 24 to 48 hours between charges. Overall it is a great phone for the price. I cannot image paying full price for a new phone again.

    I love backmarket and recommend it to everyone who mentions they need to upgrade their phones. I recently purchased a refurbished iPhone15 in pink, in good condition and unlocked. The phone looks good as new and came with a charger. I will use backmarket for all my iPhone upgrades.

    So far, great. The battery life is in great shape and the computer has been running as expected. Like many others have mentioned it comes with a generic brick but it does a good job of quickly charging the battery and other than some minor cosmetic scratches in the bottom expected from a refurbished laptop I’m Very pleased with my purchase.

    Condition was as exactly as described, excellent with new battery. The price of the phone was also reasonable. The only negative feedback I can give is regarding the packaging. The phone was rattling around in the box with a rolled-up charging wire. The screen was protected with film but the rest of the phone was not protected. Not sure why the phone was not more secure and/or bubble wrap was not used in the Back Market box it arrived in. Supplytronics, the refurbisher/seller of this phone, has a good reputation on eBay (one of the reasons why I felt confident about this purchase). Having said that, I prefer to purchase refurbished phones on Back Market. No hassle 30-day refund policy and one year warranty. Can't go wrong with that! Plus, all phone batteries at Back Market have a minimum 85% or better battery - other vendors (Reebelo for instance) on average charge more for phones with batteries above 80 percent. I only purchased this phone with a new battery because that is what my wife wanted!

    Bought a FitBit for my wife on this website a couple of years ago and it was great! She now needed a phone so I bought an “excellent” condition iPhone 13 mini for her and its pretty much brand new. No scratches, or blemishes. The battery capacity is at 100% and it still has Apple’s limited warranty until Feb next year! This website has been 2/2 for me so far thanks guys!
