I ordered an iPad 4th generation (2020) from Back Market. Years earlier I ordered a used iPhone from another vendor That earlier iPhone looked like it had been thrown onto rough concrete regularly, and it would not even boot up. I had to return it to that other vendor. Because of my bad experience with the other guys I was bracing myself as I opened the shipping box from Back Market a couple of weeks ago. I did see some light scratches and a small scrape mark on the screen, but those are no longer visible after I applied a screen protector sheet to the screen, and they do not block my view of the data on the screen in any way. The case of the iPad was in very good condition. The iPad booted up right up and was ready to use. So, although there was minor screen damage as described by Back Market, I'm pleased overall. In other words, so far, so good!

I rated my most recent purchase of the IPad Pro a bit less than usual because I was disappointed that I didn't receive a charging brick or cable which was unusual. Also I was surprised that the I iPad was only charged to 14%. Took a very long time to get to 100%. Otherwise, IPad and Magic Keyboard was in perfect condition.

After much research, I invested in this 2020 model 12.9 iPad Pro. It was delivered in good condition and extremely promptly, much faster than my other orders which had been made the day before. I've set up the iPad and it works perfectly, I'm very happy. I recommend this seller and I totally recommend Back Market.
