Item works well, the issue is because they are refurbished the Find My features with Apple devices won’t work. The app says the parts of the AirPods are mixed up with parts from someone else’s device, and the device itself is registered with someone else’s iCloud account. Functionality is amazing, but one of the main features of the second gen of AirPods is the fixed Find My tracking, and I’m not able to use that feature.

I have been using my refurbished Airpods for about 2 months now, and am quite happy with their quality and battery life! Since I purchased them in "Fair" condition, my case came scratched/looking fairly used, which for me is not a detail that super concerns me since normal use on my part would have eventually caused the same effect as well. In my shipment, the earbuds also came with a lightning charging cord and two different sizes of tips. Performance wise, while listening to audio works perfectly, I have noticed that many people say it's hard to hear me when I use it on calls, so there may be a mic issue with my pair. Additionally, like some other reviewers have mentioned, I have not been able to connect them with "Find My" on my iPhone - I had my fingers crossed that I wouldn't have this issue, but was aware it would be a possibility and am just chalking it up as a loss! I'm happy to have received what I've gotten on a budget, and would still recommend this item/seller with the above in mind!

I've been shopping around for a pair of air pods for a while and was having a tough time making decisions regarding them. My boyfriend directed me to this site and linked me here. I kept my eye on them and then decided to purchase. The entire process has been a breeze, including shipping. The only reason I recieved my product a day late was no issues on the sender but USPS themselves. The product is in great conidition besides the outside of the case which is scratched up, but not intensely. When reading the reviews of the product I found that many were receiving the product with scratches, which in the end should be expected to an extent considering that this is a refurbished product. If you are looking for something flawless without scratches or as I say "proof of previous ownership" then purchasing reburished items isn't for you. Battery life is on point, everything works great and the pods themselves are in excellent conidition. Came with everything originally, ear tips, charging cord, and apple brand box. The AirPods Pro’s came packaged well. They had minor, if any, visible damage to the case and AirPods themselves. They came with a charging cord as well. They did not come with the original box or the extra ear pieces. They AirPods work perfectly. I looked them up on Apple though and discovered that they had been returned previously due to connection issues, but I haven’t had any issues. They were clean which I appreciate.

I got Airpods Pro 2 in "fair" condition. They were shipped and arrived in 3 days. The whole thing looked brand new - in the apple box with charging cord and all 3 earbud sizes. Everything was clean and there appears to be little to no surface damage - no scratches or anything. And they work perfectly! If this is what "fair" condition is I don't know how "excellent" could be much better. Very happy with this purchase.
