    Exchanged a Samsung Galaxy S9 for a Samsung Galaxy S23. I came across Back Market in an article and after checking them and many other refurbished electronics suppliers I felt completely comfortable to take a chance. The order process itself was very easy and product shipped/arrived as promised. The staff picks were helpful in deciding on what to get as well. I had no problem setting up the phone myself thru my current carrier Verizon. ALL data transferred successfully. I took it in just to make sure I did everything correctly and without knowing it was refurbish, even they said the phone looked and operated as New. I would definitely use Black Market again . (I ordered an Excellent level which was similar price to Good condition at the time.)

    Purchased on Feb. 23rd, 2025 - Galaxy Z Fold 4 Beige This is not a review of a Samsung phone. This is a review of the refurbished hardware that I purchased through Back Market. Initial thoughts: fast delivery, good packaging for shipping. Out of the box, the condition of the refurbished Z Fold 4 was surprising. Inner and outer screens were pristine. The hinges feel strong, with no dents or scratches on the outer phone case. Overall, the unboxing exceeded expectations in terms of the phone's physical state. As of March 10th, I've had the phone two weeks. No glitches or dead pixels. After updates (Samsung, T-Mobile and Google), reinstalling apps, verifying logins and fingerprints, and daily use, the phone moves quickly between apps. Loads internet pages near instantly, and the speakers are loud and clear. Maybe I got lucky, but I have zero regrets and zero complaints about this purchase. This comes from a cynical buyer.

    This was my first time buying a refurbished phone & the first time I've ever spent so much money online & in general at once. I was nervous about it after realizing it was being delivered thru FedEx. UGH!!! I'm happy to say that my phone is PERFECTLY FLAWLESS (lol)! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my Galaxy S23 Ultra got the lavender color i wanted with the 512 GB. I didn't know that the color of it would make a price difference, ya learn something new everyday lol.     Everything about this phone is amazing and I likely wouldnt have never known it was refurbished if I didn't order it myself! Only thing was that it came a bit dirty in the ports and on the body of the phone. But that was fine to clean up. It was also missing the little key piece to take out the sms card but an earing does the trick. This was amazing! My sister also have gotten 2 phones in the past on this site and they also have been great! Thank you!

    yeah you know what? this was not bad. reading the reviews, although mostly positive, made me skeptical as well as looking up the company and its history and how they've changed their name multiple times and don't have the best reviews on Google. however this being my first purchase ever on back market I must say "koala" delivered nicely. clean screen. no resistance on the bezel. the teeniest scratches on the underside however it reads everything normal. I purchased in excellent condition and I guess for a refurbished product it is in fact excellent condition. also back markets refund policy and guarantees reassured me on my purchase for sure.
