Easy, fast shipping. I was overall happy with the way the iPhone 13 I purchased in "Good" condition arrived, phone battery was 87% and the body was also good with only a few scuffs around the edges (nothing that a case will hide). I'd have been a bit disappointed about the screen, it has apparently been replaced for a non genuine display and my phone is indicating “An important display message - Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine apple display". I had to remember that this was a refurbished phone and I couldn't notice any difference in image quality, except for that annoying notification in the settings the iPhone works as expected.

This is actually my first ever Apple Watch. I quite enjoy it so far. Still haven’t learned everything it can do but so far it’s great! The process of finding it in back market was simple. I was able to pick the condition and it looks amazing for a refurbished watch. Almost brand new. It got here very quickly. Only thing I don’t like is the sport band but that’s Apple design. Will be getting a new band soon. All in all tho 5 stars on everything!

Great experience and I bought a very good Apple Watch for far less than a new one, no issues with my watch after a year of ownership. Bought it in 2023. I trust Back Market. Buying a refurbished iphone and my trade in is the last iPhone I bought from Back Market in 2021.

I have been a long time fitbit user because I just could not justify the price of an Apple Watch over the fitbit. Having access to a more reasonable refurbished watch was a turning point for me. I really like the additional metrics and the fact that it works seamlessly with my iPhone and iPad. I also like the ability to specify the condition/quality of the watch.

I like BackMarket. Buying refurbished, for me, is great! Great for the environment, costs less than new, a refurbished product is brought up to the same specs as when it was new, and it keeps people employed. Aside from that, I wonder why I waited so long to get my Apple Watch...it is fabulous!
