I bought the iPhone 11 Pro space gray with 256gb. I wanted to make sure the quality is new so I got the 'excellent' quality and paid more over the 'good' tier items. It was worth it to know the phone would be secured and I was glad that the vendor followed through on the deal. The iPhone arrived in 'like new' condition with 88% battery showing signs of use but the exterior is brand new and the 88% is above the minimum 80% so that's a bonus to see it's good and fresh. The space gray is very nice, better color appearance than the new 15 pro imo. I upgraded from the regular 11 and it's a huge improvement. The screen is really nice and the appearance and overall feel is so much nicer than the regular 11 in my opinion. The space gray color will go great with my omega seamaster. The build is higher quality than the regular iphones, it's worth upgrading and I was glad I could get it for a good price as refurbished.

Buying pre-owned, refurbished tech usually comes with a little thing here-or-there not found with new item purchases. In this case the screen cover nicely masked the blemishes of the glass screen. The battery life seems okay, too. Overall, I am pleased with my Back Market purchase. 👍🏾

Id definitely buy here again my phone came with a screen protector and it looks brand new, when I tell people it’s refurbished they say “what no way.” Lol however the 11 pro cases are SO HARD TO FIND INSTORE. Now my only issue is batter, it’s not a big problem rn so I’ll send it in when I feel necessary since I have the protection plan but other than that, Im very happy with my purchase. I was skeptical at first but I recommend this site to everyone now.

Great quality phone, I’m really excited to have it! I ordered an IPhone 11 Pro and I was going to purchase it in Excellent condition, but that wouldn’t arrive on time for when I needed it, so I settled with the good condition. I was worried it wouldn’t be as great, but this is in perfect working condition and the battery health has a 10% more than my old XR, I love it! The only thing was it came with a screen protector, which would’ve been nice to know since I bought one separately 😅 overall, I’m very pleased with my new phone! Received my phone and it looks perfect. I did get that message about there being a non-apple part in the phone, but it does nothing to stop me from being able to use the phone effectively. I love it, I love the camera and I love the upgrade from my iPhone X. I got the “Good” condition. It’s way better than good, it feels quite near brand new. The last 3 iPhones I’ve had have all come from here and every single time I am more than pleased with what I receive. I even still have the first iPhone 6 I bought from here that works perfectly and is in great shape. Thank you Backmarket!

It’s the first time I buy something from here and it was great. It even came with a screen protector. The only thing was that videos would have a weird noise after being recorded (not all the time) and the ear speaker was visibly damaged, like it was pierced with a sharp object, but it still worked just fine.
