Refurbished iPhone 11 Pro

Great quality phone, I’m really excited to have it! I ordered an IPhone 11 Pro and I was going to purchase it in Excellent condition, but that wouldn’t arrive on time for when I needed it, so I settled with the good condition. I was worried it wouldn’t be as great, but this is in perfect working condition and the battery health has a 10% more than my old XR, I love it! The only thing was it came with a screen protector, which would’ve been nice to know since I bought one separately 😅 overall, I’m very pleased with my new phone! Very pleased with my purchase from here! I was skeptical at first, I must say. However, I watched a lot of TikTok /YouTube reviews and read reviews online as well. I upgraded from a cracked iPhone XR that I’ve had since high school so I decided to upgrade it this year but not for too much $. Found an iPhone 11 Pro on here and waited a few weeks before purchasing (to further think and read/watch reviews) I purchased this phone in very good condition 64 gb in olive. When I received the phone I was so happy!!! This is great all my things transferred over from the old phone seamlessly and my service provider let me change my phone number over to this phone as well for only $10 (I needed a new SIM card to go into the phone so the fee was for sim) the phone has no scratches, battery health when I cut it on was at 86% in the general info and it works perfectly! Very happy with my purchase I will buy from here in the future!

It was just a day late but I just now got my iPhone 11 Pro today I see that it got a little bit of a Scratch on the screen but it look brand new its unlocked to any service an I think that this is the best app to use even though it’s my first time using so I give it a 5 star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Received my phone and it looks perfect. I did get that message about there being a non-apple part in the phone, but it does nothing to stop me from being able to use the phone effectively. I love it, I love the camera and I love the upgrade from my iPhone X. I got the “Good” condition. It’s way better than good, it feels quite near brand new. The last 3 iPhones I’ve had have all come from here and every single time I am more than pleased with what I receive. I even still have the first iPhone 6 I bought from here that works perfectly and is in great shape. Thank you Backmarket!

I am extremely satisfied with this new phone of the condition its in and price I paid for it!! :) I got the lowest condition and am very grateful that it came how it did. The battery reads as an unknown part, yet it's only because the new battery wasn't replaced by Apple themselves. This doesn't make the phone have any weird issues or anything out of the norm just in case your phone comes this way too!

Had my phone for the past couple weeks now and really happy with it! Pretty much an unbeatable price for a practically new phone. My only complaints would be that the battery life isn't AS great as I'd ideally like it to be and there's sometimes a lag when typing, but that last one could just be a defect that I've heard has been happening a lot with Apple products recently. But overall a reliable product for a seriously great price once again :)

The phone seems to have some kind of issues I’m assuming with the software? It will sometimes get a ghost hand clicking and even posting pictures. It also sometimes freezes and the main screen will just stop working. Often has issues connecting to my car. I’m not sure exactly what’s going on with it but it kinda sucks as of now. Might take it to an Apple Store for a diagnostics test.

I’m happy with my purchase! This is my first time buying anything from here, I was a little nervous at first but happy with results. My phone I received is great, the battery life is a little low but nothing too bad especially because I’m not planning on using this phone for a while. There were small scratches and scuffs along the screen and stuff inside the speakers but I paid for what I got and besides that everything works great! Definitely would purchase again!
