I love I was able to get an older iPhone to start learning how iPhone operate. I have to say the iPhone 12 is the best to learn from and to be able to get a refurbished phone for a great price, great look and all around awesome phone from Back Market is exactly what I was looking for! Thank you

This is my first time ever buying a refurbished iPhone from Back Market and my experience has been very wonderful! I ordered my iPhone 12 Pro (upgrade from the iPhone 12, always wanted a Pro just couldn’t afford one, until now) on 9th of July and just received it today 11th of July, super fast shipping and delivery! So far the phone is amazing. Just got it set up and ready to go. I got it in excellent condition and it truly is in excellent condition, I only seen one little mark on it! It came from Wireless Source from Back Market and they did amazing service, they even put a screen protector on it for me! I am truly impressed and very happy with my purchase and will definitely do another one when I need to upgrade to a new phone! Oh and the only thing is that the battery health is only 76%, wish it was more, but it is a used/refurbished phone. Thank you so very much!

Purchased an iPhone 12. It was delivered within a couple days, and is in excellent condition. Even the battery health is 100%!! Wow! I ordered the iPhone 12 Pro in good condition. When I received the phone it looked great with very minor scratches on the screen and barely anything on the body. However, in further inspection I noticed the call speaker to look rough and when I tested the speaker it had a “buzzing” sound. It was obviously not functional as it should be. I also noticed the bottom speaker to have some damage as well. I immediately began the return to fix this issue and they sent me a new phone altogether. The speaker issue was fixed and the phone condition was basically the same as the other. Minor scratches and barely any body damage that I could see. I’m impressed with the customer service and how quick they were to help and send a new one. I do recommend checking the speakers with your refurbished phone before being 100% confident you don’t need to return!

The phone arrived in secure packaging and it is in better condition than advertised! Great price for such an awesome phone. I have used the iPhone 12 since it came out and I bought this iPhone 12 256gb to upgrade storage. I would definitely recommend BackMarket and especially Cellphone Depot when considering the purchase of a refurbished phone.

I highly recommend Back Market. So far, there has been no problem at all with the IPhone 12 that i bought. It looked like a brand new phone. I did not find a scratch on it and it was immaculate. I was kept informed from the very beginning of placing the order on the status and shipment of the phone. If I ever need to order another refurbished phone, I will certainly contact Back Market.

So far so good with my refurbished iPhone 12. It arrived in "excellent" condition and I am not expecting any problems. A great option for someone who can't afford a brand new phone. I upgraded from an iPhone 7! Easy process too.

So I have a lot to say about my order, mostly good but some bad. I bought the product red iPhone 12 and I’ve been using it for about a week, my first impressions are pretty good. It came 2 days early which was nice. It comes with a free charger, and a free screen protector which I was pretty happy about because I needed new chargers and screen protectors. The phone works like new. I haven’t had a single problem yet with the software of the phone it’s honestly great. It was pre set up for me too all I had to do was turn it on, and I didn’t need to go through the hassle of setting up a new phone which was really nice. However, the phone itself wasn’t that bad, but I just expected it to be in a little better condition, I paid for the good option. Now I completely get it, I didn’t pay for the excellent condition so there is obviously gonna be some scratches. To start if there are a few minor scratches on the back, nothing to go crazy over its what I expected from a refurbished phone. The from also has some slight scratches on it too, while these are a little worse I don’t care too much unless I’m really looking at it. It looks like I got what I paid for, so I’m not mad nor disappointed...
