I already sent the OnePlus 8 back and got a refund. It was listed on Back Market as "Unlocked", and I incorrectly thought that in addition to it being unlocked with regard to the cell-service provider, that it also would have been able to have its bootloader unlocked. However, on that particular device, OEM unlocking was prohibited, so the device was totally useless for me. I need a device where the bootloader can be unlocked, and since that was impossible on this OnePlus 8, I sent the device back for a refund. If you know of a OnePlus 8 which allows OEM unlocking, I'll be glad to use my refund towards purchasing such a device. When purchasing the phone, it was clearly advertised as ‘dual SIM,’ only for it to arrive and turn out to be a nano SIM.
