I was amazed. the cleanliness of the product and everything was overall AMAZING I've not once to have an issue or had to return anything this is not my first purchase from BackMaket and infact every and any item I had purchased, came in great condition. this is most definitely my go-to stir for any electronic decice. especially around the holidays and I have teenage boys. so this comes in VERY MUCH clutch!
