I was extremely skeptical going into this process. Based on the reviews, buying from Back Market clearly doesn't work out for everyone. Thankfully, though, it was a completely smooth process for me. The Xbox and controller I received seem to be working flawlessly so far. I also traded in an old Xbox One X and received the full trade-in amount I was offered. I fully expected that amount to be designed to entice me so that they could then drop the payout amount after actually receiving the Xbox. It was all fully transparent, though, and I received $158 for the Xbox and one controller. That is way higher than any other trade-in offer I was able to find through places like Gamestop or the official Microsoft store. I'm very happy with my decision to try out this site.

Happy with my purchase. It was a great deal on a "good" condition. A few scuffs on the exterior but it runs well. I like the 1 year warranty as well. I haven't seen the price point I bought it at so if you're patient enough for the right deal, it's worth it. You also can look online for promo's as I got a code for an extra $25 off. I would recommend backmarket to friends.
