Acer Aspire 3 15-inch (2024) - Core 5-120U - 16 GB - SSD 1 TB

From a physical perspective, the device was as advertised. However, the system I was sent is not the system I ordered and paid for. I was sent the Acer Aspire 3 15-inch Ryzen 5 752OU 16GB. I ordered and paid for the Acer Aspire 3 15-inch (2024) Core 5-12-OU 16GB. The later has a faster processor and thus was priced higher. It was a bait and switch, which borders on fraudulent behavior. It's possible it's an honest mistake, but I'm extremely displeased with the purchase. The system is so slow as to almost be unusable, but I needed a quick word processor, so I'll just suffer through for a couple months until I have the time to replace it. I've purchases multiple phones from Back Market in the past, without issue, thus I was hopeful about this purchase. This was not a positive experience, and I will not repeat the mistake with the purchase of another computer.
