Awesome condition & operates seamlessly. I absolutely love the value & quality of BackMarket!! Its' always above & beyond all expectations. There's always disappointment, misunderstanding, & unrealistic standards on the Internet these days. I am superbly grateful & glad to say this is not the case here & hasn't been from the very first day.

Runs pretty slow similar to a typical four years old device without getting refurbished. A port on its side (not sure what's that for) is misplaced with device's outer shell, making it impossible to plug in. I'm alright with this since I'm not using it, but maybe mentioning this would be helpful for someone.

The table is excellent, it is just not the right type I need. I am ordered it for a older person in a nursing home facility and am concerned about someone using my personal information to make purchases on it. The older person just wanted a tablet to play games on. So I think I will return it and just get an older model Ipad, which is what she had before it died on her.
