My experience was great! Always got updates & my beats came early! The battery holds very well through my 8 hour shifts. I don’t have to charge them everyday. The smallest thing is when I talk on the phone the volume is not as loud as I would like. Other than that they are perfect!

Arrived quickly. I bought these Beats because all of the other in-ear devices fall out of my ears. These with the ear hooks seem very secure. The earphones look new and came in original packaging with case and different ear tips. The outer box looks a little shopworn , but otherwise like new. I am an old lady who listens to Enya and Yanni at a reasonable volume, so I can’t comment on anything technical. My stuff sounds way better on the Beats than anything else I have used. A big plus is that the earphones stay in/on my ears and I won’t loose them. I plan to use the earphones mostly while traveling on airplanes.

I love my beats. They work flawlessly. They sound amazing! The beats are better sounding headphones than I thought that they were.

The sound quality was good, but the battery life is very poor. After charging the case and earbuds inside, using the charger provided as well as my own spare chargers, the most battery life I can get is less than 40 minutes.

They are working perfectly like brand new, and good quality and the delivery service very efficient.

The process to order the product was simple enough for a non technical person as myself to feel comfortable ordering. However, the product itself is quite uncomfortable to wear. They hurt my ears.
