I've never owned noise cancelling headphones before so I can't make a comparison, but they are super comfortable, sound fantastic and as a passenger, work well to cancel out road noise. The buying experience was straightforward and smooth, and I received the headphones in a reasonable timeframe. However, I have some concerns about the headphones themselves. I’m curious why they were being sold again, and I still don’t have an answer. What I do know is that there’s a high-pitched squealing noise in one or both of my ears whenever I turn them on. When I use them wirelessly, there’s a constant high-pitched hiss in the background that doesn’t go away, no matter if the noise cancellation is turned on or off.
