I really liked how the package was tracked and informed. It was updated to me almost every time it moved, so I didn't feel worried about receiving bad package at all. The product was just as it was described. It functioned perfectly and little bit of wear and tear, but not really visible at first sight. Overall, I think it was perfect.

It took me a whole week to be able to return my purchase and because it was through USPS, the return process was terrible plus I had to pay $7+ to print the label and because the box was labeled "priority" and not "first class" like the return label, I had to purchase another box creating more waste and more expenses only on my end. All in all, I did not have a good experience purchasing from Blackmarket and even though I don’t like to only buy from Amazon, they do consider the client in every aspect of the purchase. So I had to pay for sending back my purchase and it seems you will be refunding me less S&H for when you sent me the product... I hope not because you clearly state on the website that we will receive a full refund.
