    I noticed a few small issues with my laptop when I first got it a month ago. Sometimes the 1 key sticks, and one time I had to restart the computer because it was acting like the "d" key was stuck down and any time I went to enter text, it would just paste "d" over and over. However, I just opened my computer and the screen is all messed up. I checked to see if I'd cracked it or anything, but there's no damage there. The screen's just glitchy and the wrong colors. I can't even use it because it's glitching out so bad. I'm genuinely really angry and frustrated that this computer, which was supposedly refurbished and in "excellent" condition, has broken after one month. This is ridiculous.

    The battery is extremely bad. I paid for the excellent one and they charged me more. But the battery run down in 30 minutes off charge. It doesn’t even last for an hour. Back market has the worst customer service ever. They will just tell you that it’s not their problem.
