Until now I didn’t have any problems with my Backmarket orders. But my chromebook didn’t come as I expected. I ordered excellent device, but this device has streches all over it, some numbers written by sharpie or marker on the front side, and also in big letters there is engraved name of the school it previously belonged to. I was shocked when I unpacked my device. Also in the description of this chromebook it said that it has a touchscreen, but sadly it doesn’t. I don’t know what happend, and how could’ve they make a mistake like this, because all of my other orders where pretty good.
