I was made aware of back market by a son who had purchased a few items from you. He suggested your site when I wanted to find a computer for my mom. Instead, I found one for my other son. The computer I purchased works smoothly. My son called it a beast. I am very pleased with everything about the purchase. One complaint: please don't put label of description on outside of box if possible. My son saw this before I got home and deduced what he was getting for Christmas. Surprise over.

Refurbished Dell 5400 laptop was in very good condition cosmetically and was delivered on time. The max display resolution of the unit was 1366x768 and RAM was 8 GB, which was not what I ordered. Per the item description, it was supposed to have a 1920x1080 display and 16 GB RAM. Seller did offer to exchange the item for the correct specs but would not send the replacement until I sent the original one back. Way too much turnaround time. Decided to return the unit and buy it from another source (Odyssey Computers...awesome!!).

The device arrived on time in good physical condition; however, I purchased a device with 16GB RAM and received one with only 8GB RAM.The whole purpose of upgrading was to get more speed capability. The school year is in full swing, so sending it back and reordering isn't feasible, which is the option I was given. We homeschool online, so not having a device for a 1-3 weeks while all that processe isn't something we can do. We'll have to keep it since I'd have to send it back while we waited for a new device. I'm just disappointed because we shopped around A LOT and thought we were getting a solid deal on the specs that were important to us, and it turned out to not be the case.
