My laptop works smoothly, and I'm able to work a lot faster than I was with my last laptop. I was a bit hesitant to buy refurbished, but when I opened it, I saw that it was like new! Now, I've never been happier to buy a refurbished laptop, and I'll definitely order from Back Market again in the future.

Laptop works great, as noted it did have some cosmetic issues (they are the least of my worries) but overall I am pleased with this laptop. The screen and the keyboard are excellent and the specs on the computer are great for the price point, you wont find these specs on a new computers for anything less than $500.00 and I paid slightly above $200.00, I did notice the battery is 79% of capacity as when it was new but I assume it's the original battery and I can easily buy a brand new one and swap it out for 30 bucks with this model. I still get a solid 2.5-4 hours of solid use time out of it so I don't think I'll be worrying about that soon. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase from this seller, it arrived well packaged, clean and on time. I think I may be buying used from here on out, you cant beat the value of these used, cheaper electronics.

I was looking for a laptop mainly so I can write my memoir and hopefully subsequent books if it goes well. I looked up reviews of the computer the day I saw a flash deal on Back Market and the consensus was that it was a good laptop that would suit my meager needs. I've had it for a week or so now. It came in mint condition, triple wrapped for its safety. I like the outermost protective layer so much I'm using it as a place to store the computer when it isn't being used. If I become a famous writer and need something better in the future, Back Market will be the first place I look.

The laptop itself once received was very nice, works perfectly and in very good condition. My order was lost which required me to contact customer service as the tracking information never updated. The mishap in the order handling caused delay in delivery.
