Overall great. My only complaint is that in the ad it says core i7 and there is a core i5 sticker on it. Other than that it works great and is in excellent condition.

It’s alright. Some keys are different shades of grey, the O-key on the keyboard is not going down the right way, sometimes it won’t even go down. I would say using an external mouse and keyboard is probably best if ur super OCD about your tech stuff. The charging ports barely function so you have to get it at a proper angle. I purchased the “very good” option and to be honest it felt like I had purchased just a “good” option. Far from the quality of what I expected for a “very good” refurbished. I was just expecting maybe some scratch marks or something. It a little hard to say something is very good, when your battery is low and your panicking to plug it in and it won’t change unless you really shove that charger in at a certain angle, however I will say that the charging ports are clean.

It is in excellent condition. I loved the equipment, but on the screen it shows a point like a dead pixel. I hope I don't have problems later. Otherwise, the equipment is very good.
