I purchased a Dell Latitude 7410 from Back Market, and I’m very happy with the overall experience. Although the seller initially sent the wrong device, their customer service was responsive and helpful throughout the process. I returned the first laptop, and they quickly shipped the exact model I had ordered. The device works well and arrived in excellent condition. The only minor downside is that the battery life is a little lower than expected, but it’s still manageable. Overall, great value and great support, definitely worth 5 stars.

It came in excellent condition, runs great. But the past couple of days, it's only been charging to 80% or so and there are a couple of keys that aren't quite right. (The mute button opens a new tab and the volume controls open the control+F function. There are no custom controls in use, etc)

The device was in good condition; however the laptop was locked to a company portal. I could not get past the setup screen to login to windows. Obviously, the device was never even screened for basic requirements, as this took me 30 seconds to figure out. Do not use this seller, it has been a complete waste of time when getting a laptop was urgent for me.
