Dell Latitude 7420 14-inch (2021) - Core i5-1145G7 - 8 GB - SSD 1 TB

The Latitude 7420 was one of Dell's best laptops when it was released. See the detailed review at notebookcheck.net. It is still a very good laptop for everyday use cases. It arrived in "excellent" condition and is running great. That said, the battery will need to be replaced before too long... that was expected.

I like the speed and performance of this laptop, however I think during the refurbishing process, in the BIOS settings, the USB port connection was left disabled, it took me a little while to figure it out.

Received my device extremely quickly, it is in immaculate condition to be refurbished. 10/10 would recommend anyone I know to order from backmarket.

Honestly so far so good, the device runs smoothly and keeps up with everything I do. Happy with my purchase, the only qualm I have is that the battery drains a bit quicker than I would like it to but overall a pretty great device.

Everything is going good. The only thing I am concerned with is the battery. It doesn't seem to hold a charge very lone. My other computer could go for days without charging. Is there anything I can do about that?

I would give 5 stars, but I only gave 4 because my laptop, which I specifically selected excellent condition, does have minor scuffs and scratches on the outside. I’m disappointed in that aspect, but everything else works perfect. Long battery life, fast speed and processing, definitely leagues better than my old computer.

Device was in better condition than expected! Battery capacity is great and it runs well. Expecting to get several good years out of this device.
