In anticipation of this laptop's arrival, I was growing nervous reading the negative reviews from other customers. Thankfully, I was pleased with what I received from this seller-with the exception of the camera. It appears the lens cover/protector is cloudy or cracked. Not a big deal for me because it's not something I'll use often. Besides that, so far I haven't noticed any problems with the keyboard or other functions of the laptop. I haven't gotten as far with "testing" to have any opinion on the HDMI, MicroSD, SIM, or headphone slots. But cosmetically and functionally (so far) I'm pleased with the order in spite of the negative reviews I've read.
