Overall happy with my purchase. The appearance is good and the screen is good. It runs smoothly. However, my only concern thus far is the battery life. it doesn't seem to last very long and takes long to time to charge up.

I waited a bit before making this review to make sure there were no issues. The computer came in pretty good condition, started up fine. I needed this to run the Adobe suite for school well as my own art and video programs I use in my spare time and it does not disappoint. I recommend this for any art/graphic students.

Pretty good, I just had to change the battery for a new one, which was made a bit difficult due to some threadless screws.

This is my second purchase with back market, my daughter referred you to me. I can’t review his reaction yet but, he’s 10, he’s on the spectrum and this will be his first lap top! Fingers crossed 🎄

Unit looks good, can’t hardly tell it’s been used and works great very happy…this is exactly why I keep coming back👊🏻
