    The laptop arrived on time and in great condition. However, after powering it up - some of the keyboard keys would either not function or would produce double letters when pushed. I researched this online and found a hit on the problem - recommending to check for firmware updates. I found a number of them and did the install. The keyboard now appears to be functioning normally. So - overall - I think I had a very good experience and am happy with the price, performance and like new condition of my purchase!

    Computer is clean and no scratches or dings but I did find out that the touch pad does not work to scroll. Which is not a big problem but does affect a speed in researching. I do not have time to return or ask for exchange because this computer is being used for my college studies good price but big problem.
