Needed a computer immediately, ordered a computer with the features of Wifi and Bluetooth. The computer received did not have the features needed. Only option was to send it back to fraudulent seller. I had to use it with a WiFi Dongle because I needed to use it. Did not have the option to wait another month to get what I paid for. Very bad seller who claims specs for a computer that does not have these specs, and no way to deal with it other than sending it back and waiting another month to try again to purchase another product from Back Market and take a chance on another seller. These sellers need to be held accountable, or Back Market will have a reputation for scamming people as their business model.
