This laptop was packaged great foe delivery. It functions quickly for simple bills, games and surfing the web. I do not run any large programs on it. I ordered a fair condition computer and it did not have a scratch. The laptop is better than expected. Was listed as fair and had very little signs of use. The only mark found was on the outside of the laptop. The laptop looked BRAND NEW except for the one small scratch on the outside. All specs were exactly as listed, and battery life is great too...
