I love this computer. Like new. Shipped in amazing packaging. I love the “grippiness” of the new mouse pads.

Device is solid and clean. For whatever reason the "8" key on both the ten key pad and the number row don't like to register without a hard intentional press, but otherwise functions well. A minor inconvenience for a price like this on a higher end workstation.

Refurbisher said that it was in fair condition, but it in very good shape with the exception of a small crack in the hinge cover. I’m very happy with it

the computer is great, the battery is also great. I only wish that it had a back lit keyboard, but the computer itself is great especially because the condition was good that i bought it in. there are a couple of scratches but I don't mind.

The cosmetics of the Dell 7550 were almost like new. However the unit has some sort of defect in its CPU temperature management such that it went into “Critical Temperature Shutdown” repeatedly , both in regular operation and in BIOS mode, when ambient temperatures are around 77 degrees F. The hottest part of the case however was only around 98 degrees F. This could happen within 38 minutes at most or as short as 2 minutes. Ultimately returned it for a refund, which hopefully will be approved

Back Market products are always much better than the rated condition. Could not find a mark on the Dell laptop. Meets all the performance needs for college. Excellent value.

I liked the operation and performance of the laptop, however the battery that was included with the laptop was not compatible with the hardware, and required me to purchase an additional battery so that it was functional without the power cable plugged in.
