Galaxy A01 • Locked Verizon

The product I bought was in like-new condition... I'm very happy with it. While I had no need to interact with Back Market's customer service, there's a clear vibe of excellence (and even good humor!) in every communication I've seen from them. I've become a fan... Highly recommended.

unhappy, I can't reach Customer Service to have my phone return, because it will not activate. A message stated that the phone was stolen or lost and cannot be activate. The instructions they send are not clear either. As of now, i just want to return this device.

Been using about a week, so far everything seems to work like a new phone.

My phone was exactly what I needed. A quick SIM swap and I back up and running!

Shipping was prompt and packaged well. Phone is working great and condition upon arrival was better than "good" in our opinion. Thank you for an good used phone purchase experience!

The phone I received (Galaxy 01) caused me all kinds of problems. First, after I tried to replace my current phone with it, it immediately suspended my line. Classically it's like Saturday night and Verizon not even open until Monday. Then I go to purchase gas and on fumes and guess what? All of the sudden my bank account is frozen. So when I finally went to Verizon here in Bozeman, they informed me that just by running the IMEI of the phone, they were able to acertane that the phone was reported stolen and that the owner had stopped paying the $600 bill he owed Verizon because it was missing. Verizon people told me that as it was Verizon's property, they would need to seize the phone then and there. The bank said that it froze my account because Verizon reported the fraud - which has nothing to do with me I obviously had no idea about it - but because the transaction was initiated by me it was a fraudulent purchase. So yeah all my debit cards, checks, etc. etc. are now shredded in a garbage bin at US Bank in Bozeman. Literally if they don't send me a replacement for free, I will super mad and just churning out as many mean reviews as humanly possible. I assume the site will take no responsibility because BackMarket is not a vendor, it's a vendor host. And good luck getting anything resembling a refund or replacement from China.
