I got the phone in good condition and it works so well like I brought it from Samsung. one downside though was that when I downloaded tiktok one of the old users data was still in there and they were banned so I couldn't use tiktok for a while. but overall a great purchase.

I've always used Back Market in the past, and have always been very happy with their professionalism and refurbishment. However, this phone was not up to their usual standard. It was nothing huge, just little things that were kinda jenkey. The phone came in a priority mail box, not a phone box. it only had a littl paper wrapped around it. No user manual or anything like usual. Just a cord (NOT the charging block) and the phone. The phone had an old case on it that smelled STRONGLY of cigarette smoke, as did the cord. It aso arrived a day late, which is not a huge deal. The area around the camera was VERY dusty/dirty. Not up their usual standard. So far the phone is good, though.
