The cell phone is in excellent condition and is operating as expected. This is my second purchase from Backmarket.com. I have recommended them to friends with favorable results. I will purchase from Backmarket.com again. Richard

Everything works as it should.

The phone I received wasn't refurbished well. I keep receiving messages that certain things can't be done because of the way the software was messed with. I cannot log in to my Samusng Pass account and there are a few other things that are sketchy. I would not work with PhoneAxiom again.

Delivery was satisfactory. The condition was great. I could see no visible scratches on my device. However, the accessories I received were minimal. This was disappointing as I only got a charger cord without a head. There was no pin to access the dock for the Sim and memory card. I would recommend improving on the amount and quality of accessories being provided with the device. The charger cord I received does not work.
