everything was exactly as stated. the phone was wonderful there were no scratches the pain was there and I got a charger. it has been performing perfectly thank you very much!!

Exceptional. The product was indistinguishable from brand new as to condition. In fact it still had protective film on the top and bottom of the frame. The manufacturer screen protector was still on the phone, which I didn't notice for days. There was no need to buy a screen protector. The phone was simply flawless. It worked as expected and connected to my carrier as expected. The phone was packaged very well. Sealed in plastic wrapping and also to the box to prevent it from moving around during transport. It also came with a brand new fast charger, cable and (to my pleasant surprise) a sim removal tool. This refurbisher shows they're serious about customer satisfaction. I will most definitely be buying another phone from this seller again.

The phones were gorgeous... virtually flawless appearance. Unfortunately, the first one I got had a problem with 2 out three of the cameras. NP, I still had my old phone. I contact the refurbisher and no questions asked...We did an exchange and received a second, nearly perfect looking phone. Fantastic. I double checked the camera, and a few other things. So, I got it all set up, new fancy screen protector, gave my old phone away. Lightning doesn't strike twice, right? Fast forward a few days. My boss says he is hearing an echo, a bad one. We try a few things, but ultimately, He calls the land line. After a few test I find out that is happening with every call. More research reveals that the likely problem is the noise cancelling mic. I contact the refurbisher again, once again they are super polite, and offer another replacement. Problem is I can't be without my phone because of my job. I ask if they can send the replacement first, but they won't make an exception, but told me I was welcome to purchase a second phone, and return the old one after it came in. I did but I went with a different refurbisher. All in all, not a great experience, but the people I delt with were very nice and polite, even if they only checked their messages once a day. both phone were like new, except the camera and the noise canceling mic.

Great product and a great process with BackMarket. The first phone we ordered had a software issue that could not be corrected. That seller immediately stated for us to return and they fully refunded us quickly. This phone is great, has no issues, and is in excellent shape. Very happy with the professionalism and ease of this site.
