I doubt it's the sellers fault so no blame on them. But this phone is the biggest piece of crap I've had. It looks good. Not damaged. Not anything wrong with it that I can find. But it gets almost no reception and looses network connection constantly. And it's not my location or my service provider. My last much cheaper phone worked great in my house and most places. But this one barely works with wifi on. I don't know what the deal is but it sure sucks. That was a lot of money to drop on a phone that appears to be a lemon. Next time I'll just wait for my free upgrade. I'm pretty sure they make your old phone stop working with software updates so you have to buy a new one . Sever the tether . Think for yourself. Question authority. Be free .
