Galaxy Note20 Ultra • Locked AT&T

Absolutely perfect phone. It looks brand new and was shipped SO fast unlike the last seller I dealt with on here (Koala something or another.) Sell Phone store was A1 though! Thanks so much for my beautiful new phone!

Phone came as advertised in Excellent condition couldn't be happier.

Ordered this phone in excellent condition, but they sent very good. It had corrosion on the fingerprint reader. You can only see it when the screen is off. Other then that the phone is clean and works. Really wish I got what I ordered. But will be keeping the phone, don't want to deal with getting a refund and ordering a new one. So I ordered 3 phones in total in excellent condition but they sent very good in all 3 cases. I had to return 1 because it was scratched up by the speaker had a dent in the screen and the mic did not work. I did get a refund on that one, took 2 weeks from beginning to end. Then I was sent a very good phone again not excellent. But I like the phone besides the camera island has the tint scratched off 2 cameras. But it seems to work, wish I would of looked at the individual sellers ratings. There should be a ratting for each individual seller.

phone was not locked to att but was an unlocked phone, still works but had to do some work arounds to get it the way I wanted. as of today it is working pretty good

Ordered a phone in excellent condition, it came with a lot of scratches around the bottom speaker, dent in screen and the mic did not work. But I did get a refund that took 2weeks from beginning to end. The phone they sent said very good condition too. I ordered excellent. I ordered another phone in excellent but it says very good. The phone is almost excellent besides the camera island has the tint scratched off two cameras. But the cameras seem to work fine, I hope I don't have problems with it in the future.

the service is great and it arrived fast but the phone started getting too hot to touch, I need to return it asap
