overall i love my new phone the only complaint i have is the resolution isn't as bright as i thght. im used to samsungs having those bright hi def colors that almost blind you lol. I was impressed with the note 20 Ultra. I thought the deal was too good to be true but it wasn't. Its perfect visually. the only thing I have a complaint about is the s pen won't connect to the phone so I can't use air actions. I was really skeptical about buying a used phone. My Galaxy Note 10 Plus was not responding to my touch. I wanted to replace it with a similar phone so I decided to upgrade to the Galaxy Note 20 ultra.. The phone is in perfect condition so far not a scratch on it. I will let you know about the battery when I've had it for a little bit. I highly recommend buying from this site. HOOOOooooo...LEeeeeee...$#;*!!!!! I have ordered quite a few phones from Back Market. Experiences have been hit and miss. Mostly hit, but EVERY experience in life, over a timeline, is bound to be sprinkled with a little disappointment. THIS TIME around,.. I'm SO impressed,.. I'm at a loss for words. (And MAN! I usually have a LOT to say). Opening The plain Jane box, was like beholding the inside of the ark of the covenant in the old "Raiders of the Lost Ark" movie! (The kids will be cleaning melted face from the carpet for weeks)! I'm hesitant to give the full details of how great this experience was and is. Just in case it was a fluke. Planets aligned, everyone involved was somehow synced with a loving and benevolent mood, as my order processed from on place to another? Voodoo? Sorcery? Christwagons!!! I wan't to buy another phone, just to attempt a repeat of the dopamine rush that came with my purchase! My experience with Back Market tells me that it all boils down to the seller.
