My S23 ultra came to Venezuela two days ago, honestly it didn't came in fair state..... think it's really in amazing state, almost brand new one, just a few scratchs, but everything work totally perfect. The package also came with a data cable usb-C and a pretty silicon case with the logo of the lab (Cellfee). I wasn't expecting get it with the Spen, but there was, inside of the Phone and totally functional. And also the Phone came with a screen protector. I highly recommend the seller, was the first device that i buy here in Backmarket, and Cellfee make it perfect.

This is the first phone I've purchased for myself, and I have to say it does not dissappoint. It is a major upgrade from a Samsung Galaxy s8 and checks all the boxes in what I wanted in a new phone. This is my second time to get a phone from Back Market. Initially I got a Galaxy Note 10. Yes if was old, I used it over 10 years. It was a great phone. Just like new. This time I got a Galaxy S23 Ultra. Again, just like new. No problem connecting to network or transferring data from my ancient phone! I love the phone; yet I am so far behind on the technological leap from a 10 to a 23! I highly recommend purchasing a phone from Back Market. It is much less expensive than buying new and it helps the planet to recycle this tech. I've never had an issue to resolve with Back Market. Things have always been as Back Market said they would be.
